1. General

1.1. This Policy governs how and when Clients of KMS receive refunds upon cancelling a paid subscription.

1.2. It is based on the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.3. It applies to every Client that has subscribed to KMS under the public offer.


2. Refund cases

2.1. Full refund:

  • Within 7 calendar days of first payment with zero service activity;
  • Where the service is unavailable through the Operator's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours;
  • Where material terms of the subscription change without Client consent.

2.2. Pro-rata refund (for unused periods):

  • Early cancellation by the Client — for full unused months;
  • Downgrade to a lower plan — difference pro-rated over the unused period.

2.3. No refund is provided:

  • For full months with recorded system activity;
  • Upon Operator-initiated termination due to Client breach;
  • Past the 7-day full-refund period where service was actually delivered.

3. Procedure

3.1. The Client sends a written request to [email protected] with:

  • Client legal name and INN;
  • Plan and payment period;
  • Reason;
  • Bank details for the refund.

3.2. Review time: 5 business days.

3.3. Refund is processed within 10 business days of approval.

3.4. Refunds go back the same way payment was made or to the Client's bank account where the original method is unavailable.


4. Disputes

4.1. Parties negotiate disputes for up to 30 days.

4.2. If unresolved, disputes go to the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
